FAQ

How long should I wait before switching it on?
If it travelled upright, 2 hours; if tilted, wait 4 hours so the oil settles back into the compressor.
Can the door be reversed?
On most models, yes: see “Reversible doors” in the specifications.
Will you take my old appliance?
Yes, free when we deliver the new one, as the WEEE law requires: just keep “Free old-appliance take-back” selected.
Can I pay in instalments?
In 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna, on orders from 30 € to 2.000 €, or, on orders from 299 € to 5.000 €, over 10 or 20 months at zero rate (0% interest, 0% APR), subject to approval by [Nome finanziaria S.p.A.].
