What it covers
As the seller we are liable for any lack of conformity of the product that exists at delivery and becomes apparent within 2 years (arts. 128 ff. Italian Consumer Code). If there is a defect you are entitled, free of charge, to repair or replacement of the product and, if these are impossible or not carried out within a reasonable time, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. The legal guarantee applies by law and no commercial warranty can limit it.
How to claim
Write to [email protected] with your order number, model and a description of the defect (ideally with a photo or video). Keep the order confirmation or the invoice at hand as proof of purchase. We arrange the inspection with the brand’s service centre, at home for large appliances.
Commercial warranties
Many manufacturers offer extra warranties (for example 10 or 20 years on inverter motors and compressors): see the product page. Oblò Protection, a paid service, extends breakdown cover up to 3 or 5 years from delivery: 1 or 3 more years after the 2-year legal guarantee.
