Delivery to your floor

Large appliances are delivered by a two-person crew: they carry it to your floor, even without a lift, unpack it and take the packaging away.
- The day before we call you to agree the time slot: morning (8–13), afternoon (13–18) or Saturday morning.
- We deliver across Italy. For the smaller islands, Livigno, Campione d’Italia and places reachable only by special vehicles delivery may cost extra: we send you a quote before dispatch.
- If the packaging is damaged, sign with a reservation describing the damage (e.g. “packaging damaged on the left side”) and write to us within 8 days with a photo. Your legal guarantee rights remain valid in any case.
Installation

The technician installs the appliance and runs a test. The price is fixed and shown on the product page before you add it to the cart. If at checkout you ask us to carry out the installation during the withdrawal period, the technician comes with the delivery; otherwise we arrange the installation with you after the withdrawal period ends (30 days from delivery).
Freestanding
Connection to existing water and power points, levelling, test run.
Built-in
Fitting into the prepared cavity, door panel fixing, connections and test run.
Gas hobs
Fitted by a licensed gas engineer with a certificate of conformity (DM 37/2008).
Split air conditioners
Standard fitting: up to 3 m of copper piping, one wall hole, brackets and start-up by an F-gas certified technician.
By law split air conditioners must be installed by an F-gas certified company (Reg. (EU) 2024/573, DPR 146/2018): Oblò sells them only together with its own certified installation, at a fixed price.
Portable air conditioners need no installation: they come by express courier and plug into a socket.
Building, plumbing and electrical work is not included. If extra extensions or fittings are needed, the technician offers them before starting.
Old appliance take-back

The WEEE law requires it (“one for one” take-back, Legislative Decree 49/2014): when we deliver a new appliance, we take away the equivalent one it replaces for free and bring it to an authorised WEEE treatment centre.
- Select take-back on the product page or in the cart.
- Before the couriers arrive, disconnect the appliance from water, gas and power and empty it.
- Free take-back of your old air conditioner once removed. Removal with gas recovery by an F-gas technician: quoted at installation.
- Very small WEEE (longest external side up to 25 cm) can be handed in free of charge, with no purchase required, at electronics shops with a sales area of at least 400 m² and at municipal collection centres.
Extended warranty

By law every product has a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, which we answer for as the seller (arts. 128 ff. Consumer Code). Oblò Protection is a paid service that extends breakdown cover up to 3 years from delivery (+1 year) or up to 5 years (+3 years).
- Covers breakdowns from normal household use after the legal guarantee: home repair for large appliances, replacement if the product cannot be repaired.
- For products from 99 €: add it on the product page or in the cart.
- It adds to the legal guarantee and does not limit it.
Example: for a 499 € washer you pay 62,90 € for cover up to 3 years from delivery or 89,90 € up to 5 years.
