Withdrawal and returns

You have 30 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The simplest way is the online form at the bottom of this page: it is the withdrawal function required by the Consumer Code, always reachable from the “Withdraw from the contract here” link at the bottom of every page.

How it works

1. Enter your details and order number and press “Confirm withdrawal”.
2. You immediately receive an email receipt with the date and time of withdrawal.
3. We contact you to arrange the collection: it is free for every product.
4. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of the day you tell us you are withdrawing and with the payment method used for the purchase, without waiting for the product to come back: we arrange the collection ourselves (art. 56 Consumer Code). The one exception is an installation you asked us to carry out during the withdrawal period: once it is complete, its price is not refunded.

Returning the product

Return the product with its accessories, in the original packaging if possible, and — if installed — disconnected (if we installed it, we disconnect it when we collect it). The withdrawal is valid in any case: if you used the product beyond what was needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may only deduct the loss in value from the refund.

You may also withdraw with any explicit statement of your decision, sent to [email protected], to the certified email (PEC) [email protected] or by post to Oblò S.r.l., Via Alessandro Volta 1, 20121 Milano (MI). You may write it on the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your statement before the 30 days run out.
